In the past, ‘brolo’ was the family vegetable garden with a low wall around it and vines above for shade.

Finesse and excellent structure are the bywords of this high-quality spumante produced from the finest grapes. Straw yellow in colour with lime green reflections, and a fine, persistent bead. A wonderful fragrance of acacia flowers, golden delicious apple and almond. It is sapid, fresh and well-structured on the palate. Ideal for starters, light first courses and medium to mature cheeses.
