The name of an elegant variety of orchid whose gorgeous pink colours are reminiscent of this wine. We chose to produce a Brut version because we feel it enhances the properties of the two grape varieties, producing a pleasant balance of acidity and residual sugar on the palate, rounded off with a barely noticeable hint of sapidity. This fresh, vivacious and lively wine makes an immediate impression on the palate. Ideal as a toast on special occasions, an aperitif among friends or an accompaniment to delicate dishes of different culinary traditions, it is also perfect after a meal.
Pale pink, medium intensity, bright.
Intense aromas of fruit, especially apple and white peach, pleasant notes of red fruits, blackberries, wild strawberries and blackcurrants.
Fresh and lively on the palate, very pleasant, well-structured and lingering.
Excellent accompaniment to any aperitif, interesting when paired with sliced meats, cured meats in general and mature cheeses.
