Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG

The Superiori line includes six Valdobbiadene Superiore D.O.C.G .: five vintage wines in the TORRI DI CREDAZZO Extra Dry Cru version, RUIOL CASTEI Extra Dry, Rive di Col San Martino NANI DEI BERTI Brut, FOSÉLIOS Brut, XZERO Extra Brut and SUPERIORE DI CARTIZZE. The grapes are carefully selected and subjected to rigorous cryo-maceration. The wines are fermented in small autoclaves for up to 120 days. The maximum annual harvest production is 135 ql per hectare (12 ql / ha for Cartizze). The grapes of the Superior D.O.C.G. they come from vineyards located in the restricted and regulated area of Valdobbiadene - Conegliano, including the vineyards of the famous 'Torri di Credazzo' owned by the family.

Fosélios

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Millesimato D.O.C.G. Brut

The name Fosélios derives from the Greek noun Phos, meaning “Light”, together with the name Helios, the “Sun God”: properties encapsulated within the bright, sunny, “fluorescent” yellow hue of the bottle’s cap. And for an added touch of originality, with an wood light light shining on the label, the Follador logo and the wine’s name “light up”, with a surprising luminous effect that renders any social gathering even more festive and captivating. It’s a fresh, pleasantly sapid spumante.

Torri di Credazzo

Cru - Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Millesimato D.O.C.G. Extra Dry

In the hearth of terroir, these austere Medieval towers look out over the Follador family vineyards. The grapes of this Cru, the crown jewel of the Superiore category, come from family-owned vineyards situated in the "Torri di Credazzo" area from which the wine takes its name. The long charmat method offers a consistent quality able to please even the fussiest of palates.
